Grilled steak with melted garlic compound butter, asparagus wrapped in prosciutto (oven roasted) & warm sourdough with garlic & sun dried tomatoes. Easy to do, & incredibly good. I admit that I have a passion for pasta, (sounds like the name for a cookbook!) so I try to stay away from it, because I could easily eat a whole package (fresh) pasta with evoo, pesto & garlic! Also love any kind of shellfish, but you said favourite!
